Typical Day of Michelle
On a typical weekday, I would attend work at 9am. A typical workday includes performing my own duties as a Studio Manager for Walt Disney’s home entertainment division as well as attending Sales & Marketing meetings, twice a week. My lunchtime normally ranges between 1230pm – 2pm for which I would join my colleagues for a hearty lunch somewhere near the workplace. My work ends at 6pm on a non-busy day but could extend till 8pm on days when I am inundated with much work. After work, I would usually meet up with family and friends for a good dinner and if time permits, I would do some shopping. In the night time, I would spend time surfing the internet and doing facial prior to bedtime. On the weekends, I would usually spend time resting at home or join friends for movies and activities like bowling.
Traveling
Q: How often do you travel abroad and why?
I typically travel about twice to thrice a year, either for leisure or work purposes. Travelling around the world has been my dream and if time permits, I would like to travel far every quarter of the year. Travelling allows me to see the world outside of Singapore and broadens my horizons.
Q: What is your favourite airline and why?
The best airline, which I have travelled with, was Korean Air. Being the “SIA” of Korea, the service was really good ranging from good food to prompt and thoughtful services such as the provision of blankets and slippers to ensure a comfortable journey. The air stewardesses and stewards were really friendly and pretty.
Q: (With your current income)— which do you fly more often: budget or full-service?
Full services airlines.
Q: What are your key criteria when choosing an airline to fly?
For me, comfort reigns my decision choices. Take for instance, for my last trip to Taiwan, Scoot offered a price, which was below with Cathay Airlines. I had chosen Cathay Airlines although transit at Hong Kong was necessary whereas Scoot was a direct flight. I would rather travel longer than travel short with much discomfort.

Q: When would you fly Scoot and why?
I would fly Scoot if the offer is really attractive and that the flight duration is below 3 hours.
Q: Describe your brand experience with Scoot.
Scoot is a brand, which associates really well with the young at heart. Their advertising stances are very spontaneous. For example, when the Anton Casey case surfaced, Scoot ran an immediate promotion for Perth. Scoot updates its Facebook very frequently and I find it really easy to keep up with its promotion
