Typical Day of Nicholas
I am a recent graduate from the Singapore Management University who is currently taking a long break my transition into the working world. Hence, my schedule is typically highly flexible and unpredictable. Usually I would spend my days either playing the piano or guitar, going for wakeboarding lessons or gym lessons. Night times are usually reserved for meet ups with friends who are working or studying.

Q: How often do you travel abroad and why?
On average perhaps four times a year. It very much depends on my school schedule. When I am not busy with school or other commitments in Singapore I would typically hope to plan for a trip abroad. I love travelling in general as I believe that there’s so much in the world that I have yet to seen, especially when I am residing in a very small country like Singapore.
Q: What is your favourite airline and why?
I would probably say Singapore Airlines, because of the services provided onboard.
Q: (With your current income)— which do you fly more often: budget or full-service?
Current income: Budget
With family: Full-Service
Q: What are your key criteria when choosing an airline to fly?
Value for money. Price differentials for full-service flights are sometimes too high when compared to the budget flights.

Q: When would you fly Scoot and why?
I would fly Scoot when I am travelling with my friends or people whodo not have a very high budget for flights. Additionally, I would also fly Scoot if there are good deals and promotions for flights.
Q: Describe your brand experience with Scoot?
Pretty good and efficient in my opinion. However, I think that the boarding time is brought forward way too early, resulting in a lot of unnecessary waiting and standing time. Additionally meals and beverages onboard are pretty exorbitant in pricing.
